I've been searching for recipes to use up coconut rum that was given me, and I found this on the internet. I've not tried it yet, so no idea whether it tastes good or not.
- 1 1⁄2 ounces captain morgan Parrot Bay coconut rum
- 3 ounces pineapple juice
- 2 ounces cranberry juice
- Combine ingredients in a highball glass over crushed ice. Stir well, and serve.
