These were perfect, quick and easy to make. We love the flavour from the garlic, lemon, and oregano. I could eat these potatoes every day...they are that good. I used dried oregano and fresh lemon juice with chicken stock. Thanks so much for sharing your delicious recipe NcMS.

I just loved the flavor, and will make potatoes this way often! I used homemade vegetable stock and dried oregano. Thank you for posting this Cheryl!

These turned out great, my boyfriend and I both loved the great flavor. I found out that the recipe is pretty forgiving... I halved the recipe except forgot to halve the broth & garlic, also used lime juice b/c that's what I had on hand. Thanks for posting this one!

We really enjoyed these. I sliced the garlic and mixed in with the potatoes and oil. The oil was reduced quite a bit while the other ingredients remained the same. Not having fresh oregano, I topped this off with fresh sage for a nicely flavored side dish.
