Directions

  1. .Press spinach between paper towels to remove excess moisture, or squeeze with hands thoroughly.
  2. Combine spinach, 1 c Parmesan and next 7 ingredients.
  3. Spoon into a one quart baking dish.
  4. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 c parmesan and paprika.
  6. Bake an additional 10 minutes.
  7. Serve hot with crackers.
