  1. Pre-heat defryer to 365°F.
  2. Squeeze the water out of the spinach.
  3. Mix all the ingredients well.
  4. Add more flour, if needed, untill mixture will hold together on a spoon.
  5. Carefully, drop spoonful sized balls into hot oil.
  6. Fry until golden brown.
