This was a fun new way to prepare cauliflower
This is a great way to make cauliflower. I love that it is still crisp after you cook it instead of soggy. Very simple, great tasting recipe.
Made for Fall PAC 2007. This was good but way too much pepper for us. Will cut down the pepper a lot next time I make this. Made this on the grill instead of the oven.
Very good, except we do add carbs back in, a bit. We chop real garlic (and a lot of it- as garlic is actually good for you) in a blender and mix it with the cheese and breadcrumbs. We use more olive oil, too, as olive oil is a "good fat".
I used PAM instead of olive oil and it came out wonderful! A nice low cal crunchy vegie. This will be a staple in our house.
