One of my favorite ways to enjoy fresh asparagus. this is a simple preparation that can be used everyday, but also inpresses guests.
- 1 lb fresh asparagus spear
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1⁄2 lemon, juice of
- garlic salt
- fresh cracked pepper
- 2 tablespoons cups freshly grated parmesan cheese
- Mix all ingredients, except cheese, together in an oven safe dish.
- sprinkle with cheese.
- bake at 400 for 10-15 minutes.
