Big hit at this house! My 10-year old helped peeling the potatoes and putting the flour/cheese mixture together. This is what I learned: we bought 4 potatoes with the idea of having the recipe; I didn't realize each potato was roughly the size of Idaho! So our cheese mixture was a bit on the skimpy side but that was MY fault. Another tip: save yourself a dish and just mix the flour/cheese mixture in a sealable plastic bag, throw the chopped up spuds in the bag and shake it all together. And lastly, I used a fairly deep casserole dish and my dish took a bit longer to bake - I'll use baking dish that the potatoes can be fewer layers and thus cook up with more crispy yumminess. Can't wait to try this on the grill. Thank you!

These were very easy to prepare. My family and I found them to be tasty. Prepared as a participant in the March 2008 Pasta and Potatoes Event in the Photo Forum. Thanks for sharing this recipe.
