This was really good. I didn't have any real potatoes so I tried some frozen hashbrowns and they were delicious. My daughter, Lauren is still in the kithchen eating them.

These potatoes were an excellent change from the olive-oil-and herb/garlic roast potatoes I usually make. Very easy to prepare, too. I sprayed a glass pan with nonstick cooking spray, then poured the melted butter (4 tbsp) in, then added the potatoes. It should be noted that I only used 1/4 cup flour and 1/4 cup parmesan, which was plenty of coating for 5 potatoes. After baking, the interior of the potato cubes was soft and fluffy. They looked great too, with a golden crust that had a pleasant crunch to it. I'll definitely make these again.

Quite possibly the best potatoes I've ever made. My boyfriend and his family (and myself!) gobbled them up. They were great alongside homemade chicken strips. The parmesan flavor was fantastic, next time I might add even more! *NOTE* I left a review identical to this for a recipe that I thought was this one, this is the one I LOVE!

These potatoes were very good! They were golden brown and a little crispy which my family loved. I can see how someone thought they tasted like BK fries.

For some odd reason,my DD said these taste just like BK fries(?).My DH and I didn't think so,but they were AWESOME. Oh,and DD is a fast food junkie-so thanks so much for letting me be able to prepare "fast food" at home!:-)

My roomates and I decided that we love the preparation method, but we may need to try different cheeses. The parmesan was a little too subtle for us. However, the potatoes were well-cooked and golden brown. Very aesthetically pleasing!

These were great! I even used the cheap grated parmesean that comes in a tube (mixed with about 1/6 cup of shredded mozzarella), and I still loved them. I used only 1/2 cup of margarine and I thought that was definitely enough to give the potatoes a crispy golden brown surface on the second leg of the bake time. There will be leftover flour and cheese when you are finished, so either make extra potatoes, cut down the amount of shake mix, or plan on saving the leftover for later. I cut my potatoes into approx. 1 1/2 inch cubes and I had room for more in my pan if I would've liked. Extremely tasty.

I have made this many times, usually I use pre-grated package parmesan but this time I used fresh grated Parmigiano-Reggiano, red potatoes and Garlic powder (didn't have garlic salt)It turned out wonderful as usual, but this time the cheese was of course, tastier. This is a very versitile dish to try with different stronger cheeses and spices and perfect for the money concious person looking for a tasty one-dish dinner.

I made these when we had company. They were very good - I added dill weed, and next time, will add some garlic salt for a little more flavor. Thanks Christine!

These are fabulous and easy to prepare. I cut my potatoes in to smaller cubes, the only thing I changed was to shake the leftover flour/cheese mixture over the potatoes before cooking! They were tasty-cheesy and lightly browned and DELICIOUS!! Thanks for sharing Christine!

sooo delicious! I did cut the butter in half, and was a little disapointed that I had quite a bit of flour and parmesan left in the bag when I finished coating the spuds; hate to loose that much parmesan! But even with that they had such wonderful taste I would certainly make them again and I'll know better how much parmesan and flour to use. Thanks for sharing a real keeper, delicious!!
