- 2 lbs baking potatoes
- 1⁄2 cup butter, melted
- 1⁄2 cup dry breadcrumbs
- 1⁄2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1 dash garlic powder

- Peel potatoes; cut lengthwise into fourts.
- Cut each fourth into 3 strips.
- Roll in melted butter, then in mixture of crumbs, seasonings and cheese.
- Place in single layer in baking dish.
- Pour any remaining butter over potatoes and bake at 400 for 30 to 35 minutes until tender.
