  • parmesan pork tenderloin

  • 453.59 g lean pork tenderloin
  • 44.37 ml seasoned bread crumbs
  • 14.79 ml parmesan cheese, grated
  • 4.92 ml salt
  • 0.59 ml pepper
  • 9.85 ml vegetable oil
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, minced


  1. Cut tenderloin into 1 inch thick pieces.
  2. Place each piece on surface and flatten with heel of hand to ½ inch thickness.
  3. Combine bread crumbs, cheese, spices. Dredge pork to coat.
  4. Heat oil in large skillet. Add pork and distribute onions and garlic around meat.
  5. Cook slowly 5 minutes, turn, cook 5 minute more.
