I modified a recipe from a internet buddy. Thanks Lil
- 2 (16 ounce) bags frozen peas, defrosted
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 cup light sour cream
- 1⁄2 teaspoon curry powder
- Mix all.
- Pour into greased casserole.
- Bake at 350 until warm. (about 10 minutes).
Using curry with peas and sour cream, I would never have thought of this combination. I enjoyed the hint of curry with the creaminess from the sour cream and cheese. I did add a little Kosher salt. Made for Went To The Market
