Very tasty rice dish, the Parmesan is a whole lot of Parmesan and I was a little concerned the rice would end up 'gluggy' but it worked fine and tasted great. The lemon flavour through the rice is perfect.

Wonderful lemon flavour! I used brown basmati rice and did not add the salt as I thought there was enough in the Parmesan cheese. I used shredded Parmesan. Just made half a recipe for the two of us and we enjoyed every mouthful. It had a wonderful rissoto rice consistancy and went very well with our baked halibut. Thanks for posting Annelies, I will be making this one again!!

This is a quick and tasty side. I did use 1 cup of grated cheese equaling 4 ounces. Lots of lemon flavor. I found this to be almost like a risotto creamy and fresh Oh and comforting. I did skip the salt. Thanks.

Excellent rice. This rice has a beautiful color and looks great on the plate. I served it with roasted chicken and it was the perfect complement. I will make this again and again. Thank you for posting this tasty rice dish!!

I liked the flavors a lot. This dish went very well with sole meunière, as both have strong lemon flavor. The rice turned out a little thick and sticky for me. It's possible I cooked it too long, which might have started to cook the egg. In any case, this is very easy to make and worth a try.

This turned out so good and was very fast and easy to prepare. The balance of flavors beteen the lemon and the cheese is perfect. I was worried that the eggs would scramble when added to the pan, but I followed the directions and everything worked very nicely. I ahlved the recipe and got 4 large servings.
