This was a very nice combination of flavors. I used french bread and did not have fresh Oregano so used about a tsp of the dried and that seemed to work well for us. The Worcestershire gave this an interesting flavor. Thanks for sharing. Made for Australia/NZ February Swap. :)
This was so easy to make and so good! I used a loaf of french bread cut in half. I baked int he oven for about 10 minutes to warm it and start melting the cheesey topping and then broiled it for 12 minutes to get golden-toasty brown. Made for AUS/NZ Recipe Swap #48.
FABULOUS! A great alternative to garlic bread. So easy and a great way to use all those awesome herbs from the garden. Will definitely make this again. I used Parmesan and Herb rolls (can you believe I found them) which I simply cut in half. Cooked on 350 for about 6 minutes, then turned on the broiler for 2 minutes for perfection.
Cut it in half and scaled back the mayo and parm a bit - yum!! Thanks!
I halved the recipe for 4 slices of bruschettina and it covered them perfectly though in a fan forced oven at 175 they were cooked in the 10 minute bracket. We enjoyed these with AmandaInOz Chicken Spaghetti Bolognaise 310943 and a tossed green salad. Wonderful dinner. Thank you Mandy, made as a recipenapp for Recipe Swap #19 - August 2008.

This is good herb bread. I made it with french bread. I didn't have fresh oregano so I used 1 tsp dried oregano. Made for Holiday tag 2007

Great herb bread recipe! I added some moz. cheese since my mother loves it. I like the touch that the mayo gives it, a diffrent but good bread recipe! Made for ZWT 3!
Mandy, I am giving this 5 stars, this was a very tasty appetizer, I made this tonight after reading my Zaar emails. It took no time at all to make or to eat. I am making a 2nd batch so I can take it to work with me tomorrow. I am adding a slice of tomatoes on top of one of the slices to see what that will taste like. This will be my lunch for tomorrow.
