  1. Stir together the flour, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper, paprika, and beer, water, or chicken broth.
  2. Heat the oil in a deep frier, deep skillet or whatever you like to fry in to 325F.
  3. Dip the floured mushrooms into the batter and them set them gently into the oil.
  4. Fry until browned, about 3-5 minutes.

This recipe is great. I added a little more flour. My daughter does not like mushrooms but she loved these. They are addicting.

I loved these! I made sure to let the oil get hot enough and none of them "glued together". The spices are basic and easy to adjust to personal taste.

i didnt like this recipe... they mushrooms were not really fried... they were okay... but nothing to brag about.
