My mom got this recipe from somewhere and it is one of our family's favorites! We make this for most of our parties, and then just because. It tastes great with lots of parmesan cheese melted on top.

  1. Boil broccoli in a pot of water until tender.
  2. Drain broccoli.
  3. Fry broccoli in frying pan until browned.
  4. Sprinkle parmesan cheese over fried broccoli and enjoy.

This is delicious and easy to make! I added some green bell peppers and onion to the broccoli and steamed them for about 7 minutes. Then I scooped into the pan with the butter and added salt and pepper. In the last couple of seconds, I added the parm. Yum!! I will be making this often and passing this recipe on to any other broccoli lovers I know. Thanks!

Good and easy to make. I followed the recipe exactly as written other then I used a 16 ounce bag of frozen broccoli. This was a nice change to our usual broccoli.
