- 1 lb flounder fillets (4 pieces)
- 1⁄4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 3 tablespoons low mayonnaise
- 1⁄2 teaspoon paprika

- Heat broiler. Cover broiler pan with foil, then cooking spray. Place fillets on broiler pan, folding thin ends for more even cooking. In a small bowl, mix Parmesan and mayonnaise, spread over fillets, sprinkle with paprika. Broil 6 minutes or until fish is opaque throughout.
