Not much else to say.....I will definitely be making again! We really like just plain old steamed cauliflower but this will be really nice for something different once in awhile!! Thanks for sharing this easy and tasty recipe!!

I can't believe I forgot to rate this. It is a terrific side for just about any roast or chicken. My DH and I both love cauliflower and prepared this way it went to the top of our veggie list. I used Panko for breadcrumbs and maybe a tad more garlic plus fresh ground pepper. Loved it!

This is a wonderful method to fix cauliflower! My husband and I both really enjoyed! I fixed as directed although I did have to leave it in the oven 10 minutes longer than called for. I was very pleased that the cauliflwer did not turn mushy. The topping was perfectly crisped. This will go on my "iix again" list. Thanks for a great recipe.

Absolutely delicious! Love the crisp topping. I removed the foil for the last 10 minutes. Perfect-O!
