great recipe, I did however use panko instead of flour which gave the fish a nice crunchy coating!

This is a very easy and simple recipe and is a "must save"! I used 6oz filets and followed the recipe exactly when I tried it the first time. The halibut was tender and flaky. I would think it may be a little crunchier without the butter and I will try that next time. Great recipe!

I'm always looking for new ways to make halibut. I used this recipe for a good base but made a couple of adjustments. The fish didn't seem to be cooked thru at 10 min, so I added 5 min and it was perfect. I also added dill and onion powder to the dry mix and used rice flour instead of regular flour. It wasn't quite as crisp as I would have liked, but it was VERY tasty, and I will use it again. Thank you for the recipe!
