      We bought a 1 pound thick-cut of halibut today and made this recipe--we loved it. Wonderful taste, but it didn't overwhelm the already good quality and freshness of the fish. Nice change from our normal way of fixing white fish. Thank you.

      great recipe, I did however use panko instead of flour which gave the fish a nice crunchy coating!
