Parmesan Cornflake Chicken

ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup corn flakes, crushed
- 1⁄3 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1⁄4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes
- 1⁄2 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 1⁄8 teaspoon black pepper
- 6 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 -3 lbs broiler or 2 -3 lbs broiler-fryer chickens, cut up and skin removed
directions
- In a shallow bowl, combine the first six ingredients.
- Place butter in another shallow bowl.
- Dip chicken in butter, then roll in cornflake mixture.
- Place in a greased 13-inch by 9-inch baking dish.
- Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes or until chicken juices run clear.
