- 236.59 ml grated parmesan cheese
- 4.92 ml salt, to taste
- 4.92 ml dried parsley flakes
- 4.92 ml paprika
- 1.23 ml garlic powder
- 1.23 ml black pepper
- 20 frozen chicken wings, & drummettes, unthawed
- 118.29 ml butter, melted (1 stick)
directions
- Combine first 6 ingredients (cheese through pepper).
- Set the melted butter in a bowl and dip the chicken wing pieces first into the butter, then into the cheese mixture to coat.
- Set on a foil lined baking sheet with edges.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350 F for about 45 minutes or until fully cooked.
- NOTE: To use raw chicken wings- you will need about 2 pounds of whole fresh wings, cut into 3 pieces each and discarding the wing tips.

These are excellent wings. I used 2/3 cup parmesan and 1/3 cup bread crumbs and cut the salt to 1/2 tsp. I have used water instead of the butter to dip the wings in before coating with the breading in order to cut calories. It is just as good. I have used this recipe with chicken breasts and it is delicious.
