Simple, quick and SO GOOD!! Even my kids ate it without complaint! The only, *tiny* complaint I have is that it needs salt - perhaps 1 tsp in the breading mixture.

We really enjoy this chicken recipe. I like to add a little tomato sauce to the the chicken when I serve it. The only change I make is to place a wire rack on the baking sheet and bake on the wire rack. I find that it allows the chicken to crisp more.

This is a great way to cook chicken. I did end up pan-frying it instead of baking it, and I loved the crispy, flavorful crust that formed.

WOOOWW! These taste like gourmet cooking! I added a few spoonfuls of jarred pasta sauce and we loved it!

Decent choice for a low-fat entree. I probably will not make it again though.

This recipe is great! I didn't have italian style bread crumbs so I used regular crumbs and tossed in some basil, oregano, garlin and onion powder and it tasted great.

This was really easy and after a long day at work, this is the kind of dish that I need! It was quite tasty, too! Thanks, Claudia for a quick and easy recipe.

Excellent and easy. I made just one serving for lunch because I'm trying to get more protein in my diet. This fit the bill perfectly and was delicious to boot.

Just got done having this for dinner. I used a chicken breast, and two chicken tender pieces that needed to be used up. I pounded the breast thin, so they would cook at the same time. Very moist and tender. I am going to try to cook these and freeze them to go with my OAMC rotation. I think they'll work great as chicken strips!

My BF and I really enjoyed this chicken. We weren't too hungry so we just used half of a double chicken breast and shared it. Ours was exceptionally mosit, and quite flavorful. I think next time I will add more parmesan and maybe add a few shakes of garlic salt. I heated up some marinara and poured it over the top as well. Thanks for this QUICK and EASY recipe!

DH wanted to rate this a 2 star. I'm giving it a 3 because it is WW friendly. We really liked the taste but found it on the dry side. I did use the cutlets. Maybe if I had just used regular chicken breast the meat would have been moist. I only cooked them for 15 minutes thinking that any longer would dry them out. I do plan to fix again with the regular chicken breast. Thanks, Claudia Dawn for posting.

Made this last night and DH and DD loved it! It was very tasty and light! It is 4 WW points, not the 3 like is stated. I do know the points scale has changed a bit, so it probably was 3 before. Regardless, great entree! Thanks!

This recipe comes from a WW card several years back. I have used it many times with great results.

I made this for dinner tonight and we ate every last bite. Some of us were left wanting more! I used some rosemary seasoning just to jazz it up a bit. Excellent and easy!
