Parmesan goodness that is fork tender to a plastic fork.

This was good, but the italian seasoning was a little overwhelming for us, so next time I will play with spices and use something else. I baked it for about 25 minutes and it was perfectly tender.

  1. The chicken breast portions need to be completely thawed.
  2. Rinse and pat them dry and flatten them out some.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Mix the Italian seasonings, Parmesan cheese, and the bread crumbs together.
  5. Set aside.
  6. Dip each chicken breast into melted butter and coat in the breading mixture.
  7. Place the chicken into a glass baking dish that has been sprayed with PAM cooking spray.
  8. Bake the chicken breasts at 350* till the crust is browned.
  9. Bake uncovered.
