This was tasty and very simple to make. I used low fat mayonnaise and added minced garlic, kosher salt, cracked pepper, smoked paprika, and chopped parsley. Even with my additions, it took mere moments to get it into the oven. Baked to perfection in 46 minutes. Great basic recipe.
- 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise (whichever you prefer) or 1⁄2 cup Miracle Whip (whichever you prefer)
- 1⁄2 cup fresh grated parmesan cheese
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
