Parmesan Baked Fish

"Great and different way to eat salmon!! Got the start of this recipe from BH&G Quick & Easy Recipes, made a few modifications and even my 7yr old eats it up! Super quick and cheap."

  • 1. Thaw fish if frozen. Preheat oven to 450°F Rinse fish and pat dry. Grease cookie sheet.
  • 2. In small bowl, stir mayo, chese and Worcestershire sauce. Spread thin coat of mixture evenly over both sides of fish. Place fish on cookie sheet.
  • 3. Bake uncovered for 12 - 15min or until flakes easily with fork.
