- 4 skinless salmon fillets (5 oz., 3/4 to 1-inch thick)
- 1⁄4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
directions
- 1. Thaw fish if frozen. Preheat oven to 450°F Rinse fish and pat dry. Grease cookie sheet.
- 2. In small bowl, stir mayo, chese and Worcestershire sauce. Spread thin coat of mixture evenly over both sides of fish. Place fish on cookie sheet.
- 3. Bake uncovered for 12 - 15min or until flakes easily with fork.
