- 1⁄2 cup light mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon dill
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- 1 teaspoon cider vinegar
- 12 hard-boiled eggs
- 1 dash paprika
- 1 dash onion powder
directions
- Slice eggs in half and remove yolks.
- Mash yolks, dill and powdered spices together first for smoother filling.
- Then add wet ingredients - mayo, mustard, vinegar.
- Stir until smooth.
- Spoon into egg halves and chill.
