This was a great dish. I really didn't know what to expect from this recipe at first but it was so tasty. I used those dehydrated onions, fat free dressing and as I didn't have any tomato juice I used paste and added a bit of water. I made this with skinless breasts which cut the cooking time to about 20 minutes. I served this with steamed cauliflower and broccoli and brown rice. Thanks I will make this again, It was so good!

Easy. I opted for the chicken breasts and used sour cream instead of the yogurt. If I were to make this again, I think I would add some mushrooms to the sauce. The dressing made the sauce a little vinegary for our tastes and the chicken was just a touch dry, but overall it was still okay. Definately worth a try.

This is really a keeper! Some minor changes on my part. I used some homemade chicken broth(sodium-free) in place of the water. Did not have any onion powder, so added a drop or two of onion juice. Used homemade V-8 juice for the tomato juice. With my changes there might have been a slight difference in taste but not much as the items were pretty much ones used already. Needed to clear the cooking range for other uses so I baked this dish. The smell alone brought people running! Served this with jasmine rice with mushrooms, tomato salad and lavash bread. Great meal. Will add to my "Make Again" cookbook.

This was good and I will make it again with one small adjustment. I will use FF sour cream in place of the yogurt. Also, take my advice and spray your pan with cooking spray!
