Oh, yum! I just loved these! I have to admit, I cheated and used frozen steak fries; but I made the sauce as written using smoked paprika. They had a bit of heat, and a ton of flavor. I could have eaten the entire batch by myself, they were that good. So easy to make- I think I'll be dong these often. Made for ZWT8
These potatoes were a huge hit at my house. I am quickly becoming a "smoked paprika" fan -- it adds so much flavor. The recipe was easy to make and was such a nice change of pace for us. Will definitely keep this recipe handy as my DH absolutely loved these potatoes. Made for ZWT-8-Spain/Portugal.

What a nice change of pace in potatoes. The sauce just lightly coats the potatoes, so they don't get soggy. It's pretty easy too. There is a small amount of kick, but not too much. One caution: I ended up having mine get too salty, as there is salt in the sauce and on the spuds, so use caution. Made for ZWT8
