These potatoes are golden and crusty on the outside and tender on the inside. Great with all types of meat.
- In a large skillet, slowly saute potatoes in the butter until they are golden brown; about 10-15 minutes.
- Sprinkle with paprika.
Another simple recipe for my collection. I too added some freshly ground black pepper and a little sea salt to taste. They went well with my pork steaks, chunky steamed carrots and Peas in Tarragon Cream Peas in Tarragon Cream. A keeper :)

Simple, easy and delicious! Love when easy tastes and looks this good. Other than adding salt and pepper made as posted, they came out looking like I had spent hours and hours in the kitchen! Have to agree with a previous reviewer - these potatoes are buttery and crisp on the outside and flaky on the inside. Into my keepers for this one.
