These potatoes are golden and crusty on the outside and tender on the inside. Great with all types of meat.

Another simple recipe for my collection. I too added some freshly ground black pepper and a little sea salt to taste. They went well with my pork steaks, chunky steamed carrots and Peas in Tarragon Cream recipe#359623. A keeper :)

  1. In a large skillet, slowly saute potatoes in the butter until they are golden brown; about 10-15 minutes.
  2. Sprinkle with paprika.
