  • In a large pot, place steaming basket into about 2 inches of water. Cover pot and let water boil.
  • Place corn into pot and steam for about 15 minutes.
  • Remove corn, slather with butter. Sprinkle with a touch of salt, a sprinkle of paprika and a squeeze of lime.
  • Enjoy!

  1. My children like corn, but they especially loved this. When I told them that there was lime juice on it, they didn't belive me. So I made more, and they saw me put the lime juice on it. Now, all they want is lime corn, that's what they call it. Thanks for the recipe.
