  1. The sauce got too dry, (my fault). After I put in the lemon juice, I didn't have any more. Added a little dry white wine instead. Came out great.

  2. Very easy and tastey recipe. I did add 2 cloves of garlic as we love garlic and once the shrimp was pink I removed from the pan and made the sauce which I doubled and thickend then added shrimp back in to coat . I served with brown rice(sauce over) and a salad. Good way to make a nice dinner on the run. Sometimes I do add vegies to when I want to change it up a bit. Great for company or one of our families favorite

  3. A fast, yet unexpectedly delicately flavoured recipe. Really glad I tried this recipe.

  4. I also tried this without the pepper and it was great!

  5. Oooh, yum! I love recipes that are super easy- yet full of flavor! And that's exactly what this is! I omitted the cayenne (I have a 2.5 year old shrimp fanatic who I wanted to share with) and added a bit more lemon at the end- just for personal preference. These shrimp were succulent, juicy, flavorful and GONE before we knew what happened to us! Thanks for an awesome recipe! So, so good!

After DH and I moved away from the farm, and to the city...I haven't done as much cooking and very little canning. But I do come to Zaar and look for new recipes once in a while. I'm still cooking Zaar!! I like to play at Facebook, with my family and friends. A lot of my Zaar friends are there!! Yay! It's a good way to keep in touch. We travel more. We're looking at the European trips now. Hope to go in the springtime. I really want to see London, I think I lived there in a past life, I've been obsessed with it since I was 10 years old!!
