      Place papaya in a 9 inch square baking pan and freeze for about an hour.

      Place all ingredients into your food processor and process until smooth.

      Pour into a container and freeze for at least one more hour.

      This was incredible! I used rice syrup instead of corn syrup and cut it down to only 2 tablespoons - the papaya was already very sweet. As the papaya was frozen rock hard because I couldn't make the sorbet the day I actually had intended to, I just blended it with yoghurt and ate it up immediately without refreezing. Thanks for posting, this is definitely a keeper! Made for When it's hot / when it's not tag game of the diabetes forum.
