  1. Wash and seed green pepper.
  2. Peel and seed papaya.
  3. Finely slice papaya, green pepper, onion and tomato.
  4. Place in small bowl.
  5. Beat oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and parsley and toss with prepared fruit and veggies.
  6. Slice eggs and place on top of salad.
