I had a vey ripe papaya and a few odds n ends in the refridgerator to use up, so whipped this together and loved it!

I love smoothies and the mixture of the oj, papaya and pomegrante was really nice. Very good for breakfast after a humid night. Thank you. Made for PAC SPring 09.

I actually froze the papaya I wanted to use, after cutting it into chunks for blending! Also doubled the recipe since we like tall drinks! Finally made my own pomegranate juice, so the prep time here was a bit longer, but THIS THICK & FROSTY DRINK (without the addition of the ice cubes) WAS WONDERFUL! Thanks for sharing the recipe!
