  • Cut papayas in half lengthwise, scoop out seeds & place each half in a medium bowl.
  • Place oranges, banana, kiwifruit & berries in each papaya half.
  • Combine yogurt & honey, mixing well, then spoon this sauce over fruit before serving.

  1. Loved the mix of fruit. My market only had the large Mexican papayas, and I think a two pound half is not what was meant, so I estimated and cut up part of one into chunks and then mixed it with the rest of the ingredients. I found the yogurt sauce to be too sweet for my taste - next time I will use plain yogurt with a touch of vanilla and the honey. I think that the tanginess of the plain yogurt, even after sweetening with honey, would come through and be a nice contrast with the fruit. All in all, this made a nice light lunch plate for me.
