Made this for the cook-a-thon "In Memory of Papa D" and this was a wonderful rub. I used it on chicken (because we were heading back to Idaho and didn't want leftovers) but will make this up again and put on ribs...soooo tasty! Definately a keeper!! Just enough spice and everything nice.
This is so easy to whip up and I had all the spices handy...I know it's for ribs...but I rubbed it on my chicken tenderloin and threw it on my George Foreman grill and whoola...I had a spicy tasty lunch...I love the smoking taste of the paprika...perfect amount of all the spices...the only thing I changed was to replace the sugar with splenda...Thanks for posting it...made for Spring 2012 PAC
