This was really good! I also sliced the potatoes in hafl and baked mine until the parmesan was nicely browned and I used less butter, just enough to coat. My husband is not a fan of potatoes unless they are mashed and he loved these! I highly recommend them especially because they are so easy to make!

Just what I needed for a quick dinner last night - I put some garlic in with them too served with herb & garlic fish filets, baby carrots and steamed broccoli - This is a keeper 4 sure I only used 1 tin potatoes and cut back the recipe accordingly - no problem Thanks Heather Feather for sharing

I served these up with steak and they were a hit! Easy and quick too! You've got a winner!

What a wonderfully easy, and tasty, recipe to have on hand when needed! In the future I will likely reduce the butter so there is just enough to coat the potatoes, and may try to get them to crisp up a bit with higher heat or a longer cooking time or something... but they are great as is. Thank you! :)

I had something similar for the first time last September in NC and had to try making it once I got home. I, however, simply use diced potatoes, butter, and parsley and cook it in on the stove. The boys (my roomates) request this at least once every two weeks and it is so simple to make. I love it

I was printing off this recipe when realized I had never rated it. Made the first time when had family here for a holiday. Put potatoes in my roaster oven as oven being used for a ham. Worked out great! Of course, I doubled the recipe...

I saved this recipe in my cookbook some time ago, but just made them yesterday. We had two cans of potatoes that needed using up, so I fixed this to go with a small steak. Complete ease, and very tasty! What more can one ask for? Thank you so much!

Really enjoyed this.... I may omit parmesan next time and bake at 400 degrees. Very good!

I made these tasty potatoes last night using two of the cans of sliced potatoes I found in the cupboard. They were easy to prepare and had a great flavor. I left them in the oven at least 40 minutes, probably closer to 50, so they were pleasantly crisp on the top layer. Served with Quick Cube Steaks (#136338).

The family went crazy for these, and you certainly can't get easier prep than this! I cooked them longer than the 25 minutes, more like 40-45 minutes to get them browned more. They were served with beef tenderloin and aspargus. And I was asked not to lose the recipe!

These are great because they're tasty, quick and inexpensive. My DH said "you can make these as often as you'd like." I was sick of the "normal" starch selections, i.e. rice pilaf, mashed potatoes, baked potatoes, pasta side dish, etc. I found this quick and simple recipe & was thrilled! I agree with another submitter that these would be tasty with breakfast also. Thanks for sharing.

These were great! I made on the grill, just wrapped in foil, and popped on the grill for 30 minutes.

These potatoes are amazing!! I doubled the seasoning salt because we like spicy food & they turned out perfect. We did, however, cook them about 40 minutes to get them nice & crispy.

Heather, this meal only cost me 1.00! (The cost of 2 cans) And since I just moved out and its Christmas time, this helped alot! Very yummy and easy, I actually ate this for breakfast and think this would be good with eggs. Thanks Heather!

I halved this recipe and used sliced potatoes instead of whole since that's what I happened to have on hand. I did everything else the same and I WILL be making these again. Such a quick and yummy side!
