Pannekoeken

"This is a puff pancake. I've also heard it called "German pancake" or "Dutch Baby".It is a slightly sweet eggy breakfast. It's quick, showy and unusual. Perfect for company brunch. It's an oral recipe so I'm not even for sure this is the proper spelling but it's a favorite at our house."
