I made this for dinner tonight but omitted the creamy herb dressing due to DH's aversion to creamy dressings. The pork chops turned out very tender and juicy with a savory smokey flavor and crunchy outer coating. The only thing I would change is omitting the salt from the flour & seasoning mixture, since the soy sauce in the egg mixture provides an adequate amount of saltiness. Thank you for posting this recipe!

Loved these chops. I mistakenly thought I had Panko on hand after I had thawed out the meat, so had to sub regular crumbs. Delicious nevertheless, just didn't get that crunch Panko gives. Next time for sure. I also subbed chives for the green onions in the sauce. :)
