    Take the ingredients of the wonderful caprese salad - tomatoes, fresh mozzarella. basil and olive and add avocado plus some seasonings to created a stunning and beautifuly panini. And no cook too, apart from broiling the baguette if you wish to

    Directions:

      Grill or broil baguette bread halves until toasted; drizzle both halves with olive oil. Layer with tomato, salt, pepper, Mozzarella cheese, sprinkle with dried Oregano, then more olive oil, salt and pepper, top with fresh basil leaves, avocadoes and more salt and pepper. Close the sandwich, slice and serve.

      I used ciabatta bread and toasted them on the bbq. DH did them that's why it's burned a little bit LOL I used a slice of smoked gouda cheese. The fresh basil is great in it. Thanks Marra for a great lunch :) Made for Newest Zaar tag
