This is a great sandwich. I have never ordered this at Panera and now I won't every need to because it is so easy to make at home with this recipe. I did substitute some leftover chicken for the sliced turkey. Yum!

I made this for myself and it was absolutely delicious --- even better then the Panera version! I was slightly dissapointed, but that was only because our panini grill couldn't handle the mammoth sandwich I put on it...!Thank you so much for making my favorite so much more accessible!

This was one AWESOME sandwich!!! I couldn't find any pesto foccacia at the store, so just used a good regular italian flatbread, and that worked really well! I also couldn't find any spinach artichoke "spread", so I just bought the dip, and it was heavenly!! Everything else I did the same! Tasted like a very good sandwich you'd get at a nice restaurant! Thanks very much!! I'll be making these quite often!! Made for the ZWT4 :)
