  • Combine the curds,ginger-garlic paste, chilli powder, kasuri methi, garam masala, coriander, oil and salt and mix well to prepare a marinade.
  • Add the paneer and capsicum and keep aside for 15-25 minutes.
  • Arrange the marinated paneer and capsicum pieces in a shallow glass dish and microwave on HIGH for 3 minutes.
  • Serve hot,sprinkled with chaat masala.

  2. Wonderful recipe. And so fast! The paneer comes out softer than I ever get from cooking on stovetop. I had to make something for my vegetarian friends who can never eat most of what people bring to the christmas potluck. This is a great idea.

  5. I made this for dinner tonight and it went very well with hot rotis and bread. I did add 1/2 tsp. turmeric powder as well alongwith the other masalas. Thank YOU very much for an easy simple and tasty recipe! This is GREAT and we'll make it again for sure!
