- 3 cups panir
- 1 cup sliced onion
- 1⁄4 cup milk
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons garam masala
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon oil

For the thick Paste
- 2 cups chopped fresh coriander
- 1⁄2 cup mint, chopped
- 2 -3 green chilies
- 1⁄4 cup cashews, broken
- 1⁄4 cup fresh curds
- 1 lemon, juice of
directions
- Pierce paneer pcs with fork
- Marinate them in paste made for at least 15-20 minute.
- Heat the butter in oil and saute onions until translucent.
- Add marinated paneer and saute for 7-10 minute
- Add the milk and simmer until milk evaporates. Sprinkle garam masala and serve.
