  1. Fry cumin seeds, cloves, cardomen, cinnamon, green chili, garlic, ginger.
  2. Fry onion, cashews, peanuts.
  3. Add butter and keep frying.
  4. Add cilantro diced.
  5. Grind the onion mixture.
  6. Fry capsicum and add onion mixture.
  7. Add chilli powder, turmeric and amchur powder.
  8. Let all boil and add cottage cheese at the end.
