It is a very tasty dish--can be served anytime, and quick to make. I had this in at a friends place loved it so much that I had to take the recipe. Hope you all like it too.

  1. Saute onions and tomatoes till they turn brown.
  2. Add turmeric, cumin powder, coriander powder,red chili powder and salt.
  3. Add the paneer and stir fry for a minute.
  4. Garnish with 1 tsp cream, finely chopped cashew nuts, raisins and finely chopped cilantro leaves.
  5. Enjoy.

This is a very good recipe. I used 250 gms. of grated paneer, 100 gms. of finely chopped onions, 100 gms. of chopped tomatoes, 1 tsp. of corriander seeds {not powder} and 1 tsp. of cumin seeds {not powder} to make this. I omitted the cashews, raisins and cream since we are watching the calories. I also used oil as a substitute for butter. This went very well with rotis and rice. We all enjoyed it for dinner tonight.
