these were very yummy! great to stick in the freezer for hectic mornings
These are good. I had a problem with dumping all the dry ingredients at once, my batter was really lumpy and I didn't want to stir it too much. I did end up adding some more milk and stirring it to get the lumps gone. The best trick that I learned from your recipe was to grease my griddle with butter (I usually use a spray). It adds a richness that I really like with the butter. Thanks for the recipe! Oh, and I doubled mine, I'll see how many pancakes I can make.
This is a great recipe. The pancakes came out prefect. I only changed on thing, instead of regular milk, I used almond milk. To me there was no difference in the taste, but than again I haven't made the original recipe as post.
Will make again.
Finally, a pancake recipe that the whole family liked! One batch fed us breakfast (family of four), so there was nothing left to freeze. Next time I will double the recipe to have some for Monday morning. Thanks for sharing!
These are simply amazing! My kids are completely in love with them and are begging me to make more for our freezer stash. This recipe is extremely tasty and makes school mornings so much easier since it is already prepared. Next time I will probably add a dash of vanilla and cinnamon to the batter to make it a bit more flavourful.
These were great! I halved the recipe because it was just me and hubby this morning. He said thumbs up! These were very fast to throw together and everyone always has these ingredients. Thanks for sharing your recipe. I will definately be using this recipe again! It's a keeper! Made for Spring PAC 2010.
