My grandfather's recipe. He always made them with bananas & chocolate chips mixed in whenever we slept over.

  1. Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl; set aside.
  2. Mix wet ingredients in a medium bowl.
  3. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients & mix until just blended.
  4. Spoon onto a pancake grill set at about 325°f until edges of each pancake looks dry & a little bubbly then flip to cook the other side for a few minutes.
