Directions

  1. Combine dry ingredients in medium bowl.
  2. Beat egg then add to dry ingredients with oil and milk. A few small lumps in the batter is fine.
  3. Drop batter onto lightly greased hot pan. Flip when edges start to look a little dry and there are bubbles in the middle.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
