  1. Stir dry ingredients in mixing bowl.
  2. Mix the liquid ingredients quickly into the dry ingredients. (Stir to incorporate, do not beat, a little lumpy is okay.).
  3. Let bubbles form on top.
  4. Cook on preheated griddle/frying pan with a little oil in the pan on medium heat.
  5. After bubbles form on top, turn once.
  6. (Add fruit of your choice i.e. blueberries, strawberries, bananas, or chocolate chips mmmmm).
